Welcome to Aone Outsourcing Solutions. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our global website and the delivery of our outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and related professional services. Your use of our website or Services accepts these Terms.

01 Key Definitions

  • SoW: Statement of Work detailing scope and fees.
  • Client Materials: Records and data provided by the Client.
  • Deliverables: Products created under an SoW.
  • Fees: Payments as mentioned in the pricing schedule.

02 Service Delivery

Aone provides services with reasonable professional skill and care. Services are restricted to the scope in the relevant SoW.

We reserve the right to change service practices to suit technological or regulatory needs.

03 Your Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information.
  • Maintain legal compliance of accounting records.
  • Review deliverables immediately upon receipt.
  • Acquire necessary outside permissions or licenses.

04 Fees & Payment

Fees are specified in the SoW and do not include taxes unless stated. Invoices must be paid within the stated period.

Note: Unpaid balances may bear interest and result in suspended Services.

05 Intellectual Property

The Client owns all Client Materials. Aone owns its methodologies, templates, tools, and know-how used in service delivery.

Upon full payment, Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use Deliverables internally.

06 Liability & Protection

Total liability is limited to Fees paid in the previous 12-month period. Aone is not liable for losses due to inaccurate Client Materials or third-party systems.

Clients protect Aone against claims resulting from violation of these Terms.
